Sedative Tea
This tea is excellent for insomnia, especially when due
to muscle fatigue. It may also be used for symptoms of PMS.
- 1 part green tea
- 1 part raspberry leaf
- 1 part rosehips
- 1-2 parts chamomile
- 1-2 parts valerian
The chamomile and valerian in this recipe may be slightly
varied to taste. Steep herbs in water just off the boil for 5-10 minutes.
You may sweeten with sugar or honey or add a juice concentrate for flavour.
