If you really want to be a successful Director you should be spending time outside the office with your staff. Get to know them on a personal level; I do, and the people I work with are all satisfied with their positions. You'll get a much better idea how to motivate each worker - you have to remember demons are NOT cut from a cookie cutter mould!
