During the summer of 1998 a Dark World staff member lost their father to cancer. The ordeal affected everyone at Dark World, and the artists banded together to create the ethereal Season One: the Passing of a Loved One. This rich instrumental composition leads the listener through a myriad of emotions, from deep sorrow and denial to acceptance and understanding. Headed by the genius production of J.A.Bohr, Season One was our community's way of saying goodbye to a good friend and mentor.
